1. The Promoter
This promotion ("Lucky Draw") is conducted by Scarlett ("the Promoter"), in partnership with LEON ("the Sponsor"). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over only. Proof of age may be required. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter or Sponsor are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any individual who does not meet these criteria.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion commences on the date of publication and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 5 June 2026, or when 250 verified entries are received — whichever occurs first. Late, incomplete, or illegible entries will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period: (a) visit the LEON platform via the link provided on this page; (b) create a new LEON account; (c) make a minimum deposit of AUD $30 into that account; (d) take a screenshot of their LEON Profile page confirming the deposit; and (e) upload that screenshot via this page and submit the entry form with both consent declarations ticked. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries submitted on behalf of another person will be void.
5. Entry Limit
The total draw is strictly limited to the first 250 verified entries. Once 250 verified entries are received, the promotion closes immediately. The Promoter is not responsible for entries received after the limit is reached.
6. The Prize
One (1) prize of AUD $10,000 cash will be awarded to the winner. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for any other prize or redeemed for credit. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require. The winner is responsible for any tax obligations arising from receipt of the prize.
7. The Draw
The draw will take place live at Scarlett on 6 June 2026. The draw will be conducted by random selection from all verified eligible entries. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified on the night and must be present to claim the prize, or nominate a representative in writing prior to the draw date. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn.
8. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to disqualify entries where: the screenshot is unreadable, edited, or does not clearly show a confirmed deposit of AUD $30 or more; the entrant cannot be identified; the same person has submitted multiple entries; or any other form of fraud or misconduct is suspected. The Promoter's decision on disqualification is final.
9. Privacy & Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting, holding, using, and disclosing their personal information (including name, email address, phone number, and screenshot) for the purposes of conducting this promotion and communicating draw-related information. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Information will not be sold to third parties. Participants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter. Personal information collected will be retained only for as long as necessary and destroyed securely thereafter.
10. Marketing Consent & Spam Act 2003 (Cth)
Where a participant separately ticks the marketing consent checkbox, they agree to receive promotional communications from Scarlett relating to this draw and future events, via email or SMS. This consent is optional and separate from the entry requirement. Participants may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Promoter or using the unsubscribe mechanism included in communications. Communications will comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with LEON's parent company beyond the commercial sponsorship stated.
12. Trade Promotion Lottery Compliance
This promotion may constitute a trade promotion lottery in certain Australian states and territories. Where required by applicable state or territory law, the Promoter will obtain all necessary permits prior to the commencement of the promotion. Participants in South Australia, Western Australia, the Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory should note that relevant regulatory requirements may apply. The Promoter complies with all applicable fair trading and trade promotion legislation.
13. Responsible Gambling

14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Sponsor exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion, including but not limited to: technical failures, unauthorised access to entry data, and errors in entry processing. The Promoter is not liable for any delay in receiving entries due to internet or network issues.
15. General
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time with reasonable notice if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
